Blue Lotus Infused Meditation and Sound Bath

Step into a serene, restorative experience beginning with a Blue Lotus tea ceremony. Each participant will receive a cup of fully infused Blue Lotus tea — a sacred flower known for its calming, heart-opening, and dream-enhancing properties. As the tea gently works through the body, it helps relax the nervous system, awaken intuition, and open the mind for deeper presence.
From there, we’ll move into a guided meditation, inviting you to ground, breathe, and connect with your inner self while dreaming with the wisdom of Blue Lotus.
The journey concludes with a mini sound journey, where soothing vibrations support emotional release, clarity, and deep relaxation.
Together, the tea, meditation, and sound weave a transformative experience — perfect for resetting the mind, opening the heart, and stepping into calm awareness.
