Breathwork & Drum Journey with Maryzelle

Breathe with the pulse and rhythm of the drum, allowing each beat to anchor you, steady you, and guide you into deeper connection with Mother Earth. As the drum mirrors the heartbeat of the land, your breath becomes a bridge between your body, your spirit and the grounding force beneath you.

We begin with earth guided breathwork, clearing the mind and softening the nervous system so you can drop fully into the present moment. With each inhale you receive life force. With each exhale you release what no longer serves. The drum supports you in finding your natural rhythm, the one your body already knows.

From here you will be guided into a rooting meditation, weaving breath, intention and visualization to awaken inner clarity and presence. This meditation prepares the heart for the deeper journey ahead.

We close with a deeper drum immersion, an expansive sound experience that opens your intuition, reconnects you with ancestral wisdom and invites messages from the unseen realms. The vibrations of the drum carry you through inner landscapes and help you meet your power, your guidance and your truth.

This ceremonial flow is designed to ground, awaken and realign, returning you to yourself and to the Earth who holds you.

BIO

Maryzelle is a Salvadoran artist and holistic health practitioner from San Francisco, who is deeply rooted in music and spirituality. Growing up in Austin and San Francisco, she first fell in love with drumming, leading her to perform in various bands and tour the country. With a BA in Music from Mills College and a 200 HR yoga teacher certification, she has evolved into a sound therapist, hosting healing events across the Bay Area. Maryzelle incorporates her rooted rituals by honoring her ancestry in offering Cacao in Ceremonies and using earth-grounding tools to bring people closer to themselves, their hearts, and to Mother Earth. She has hosted healing events for Veterans, PTSD Recovery patients, addiction recovery patients, UCSF Hospital, Stanford, UC Berkeley, and more. As a Musician, Ceremonialist, and Healer, Maryzelle works hands-on in creating immersive, earthing grounding, soul-touching experiences.
